Type of data processed and purposes of processing
The surfing of the site is free and it doesn't require any user registration except in cases where the collection of personal data is necessary to achieve certain purposes such as, for example, entering restricted access areas, requiring commercial information about ARCò's services, send a resume or send e-mail messages to the addresses indicated on the website.

Data obtained from the user navigation

Place and methods of data processing
Treatment related to the website web services take place at the headquarters of ARCò and is carried by technical personnel in charge of data processing, using automated tools or manual, for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected. No data From the web service is disclosed to third parties without the consent of the person concerned, except where this is strictly functional to provide a service requested by the interested party (eg. c)certification that the operations referred to in points a) and b) have been brought to knowledge, also as regards their content, of those whom the data have been communicated or distributed, except in the case where this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate use of means with respect to the protected right;
4)the user have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a)for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;
